She embarked on her career in Franchise Business Sales, where she honed her expertise in areas such as leasing, profit and loss analysis, and permit approvals over a span of 12 years. Subsequently, she transitioned her career to the Commercial and Residential sectors, leveraging her well-established skills to provide exceptional service to her clients.

A native of the Hamilton Wentworth area, Tara made a significant career shift in 1997 as she resigned her position as a Claims Adjuster, embarking on a journey that involved a 4,376-kilometer cross-country drive to Victoria, BC. Shortly afterwards, she achieved the milestone of purchasing her first home in Abbotsford, BC. Despite her time away from her hometown, Tara's ties to Hamilton remained strong, and she subsequently made multiple real estate investments in the Hamilton area, including properties on the West Mountain, East Mountain, and most recently in the west end of Waterdown, where she now resides with her family.

In 2020, Tara took on the role of Productivity Coach with Keller Williams Edge and Signature, where she helps new agents cultivate successful careers in real estate.
